I’m excited. So are my kids, but for very different reasons…
They’re excited because the world went white overnight. They’ve played outside in the snow and had a blast. I’m wearing noise-cancelling headphones so I don’t hear any of the lyrics to ANY of the songs from Frozen.
I’m excited for tomorrow. I have the privilege of speaking at my church, the Salvation Army, in Spring Valley, New York. (I’ll use fewer commas tomorrow morning, I promise…)
What does a community of grace look like? What can a man born blind tell us about receiving and being received? What do I need to wash away to be the person that God means for me to be?
Looking forward to it… We’d love to see you if you don’t have other plans.

Hope Kristie, Emma & Andrew enjoy the sermon, especially if it’s preached at home.
Thanks, Chuck! The morning went great. The roads were clear, we had a beautiful time of worship as a family and as a corps community.
